Eligible for Return:

    2. You received the wrong item.

  • Along with your return request, kindly include a video of the unboxing process clearly displaying the damaged or defective item or the wrong item received.

Return Process:

  • Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping:

  • For returns due to a damaged or defective product or if you received the wrong item, we cover the return shipping costs.

Refund/Replacement:

  • Upon receiving the returned item and reviewing the video evidence, we will promptly process a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement, based on your preference.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item.
